- Are the doctors real and verified?
- Yes. Every doctor submits their PMC registration, degrees and identity documents, which our team reviews before the profile is approved and published.
- What if I need to cancel?
- You can cancel up to 6 hours before your appointment for a refund. Doctor cancellations are always refunded in full.
- How do I pay?
- Securely online at the time of booking. Your appointment is only confirmed once payment is verified — you never pay at the clinic.
- Is my health information private?
- TeleHealic is secure and privacy-focused: your records are access-controlled, prescriptions are visible only to you and your treating doctor, and notifications never contain medical details — only secure links.
